The website design, content, and functionality are the property of Wravel Checklist. Custom websites developed for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment, while the underlying code and development methodologies remain our intellectual property.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, server maintenance, and force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wravel Checklist be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
